7. CHOICE OF LAW; JURISDICTIONAL VENUE

   This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ozwin Casino operates, with no conflicts or choice-of-law rules applying;

   • You agree that any disputes arising under this agreement will be heard solely in a court having jurisdiction over such matters.

8. GOVERNING PROVISIONS
